God is a moronic sadistic abusive homosexual who controls everyone else in the world and forces me to exist in this moronic fake world as the sole frame of reference for and only persistently real person in material reality so that he can abuse and dominate me through everyone else he controls as a moronic troony hivemind because he's a moronic disgusting sadistic homosexual

Reeee! I am so spechial and worty that whenever I cry the Almighty King who rules all the heavens from his high exalted throne should just drop everything and come immediately ruining to my rescue. Otherwise he's not real. How dare God not worship me!?!?!?!?

Man, humble down and maybe you will understand. We're lucky to even know he exists. Know your place before him. The mightiest of Heaven who make you look like an ant by comparison, are currently bowing down before him and praising him.

This is such a moronic post. You're a literal moron for believing you can reframe God abusing me into god "not helping" me somehow, or especially "not worshipping me". You're a literal moron for telling such a moronic lie and thinking it sounds the slightest bit reasonable.

Ignore the other posters if you want truth. What is God? God is the container/sustainer of reality itself. God is divine simplicity - truth, goodness, justice, love,. happiness, joy. That IS God. That longing in your heart for happiness? That's a longing for God.

The Father is the what (the "structure"), Jesus Christ is the who (the person, the word), and the Holy Spirit is the relationship between the two (love).

It's the only way to make sense of reality. Language, reason, logic, etc all only function if you assume a universal truth. That sustainer of universal truth is God. You can't exist without God. God is not just a possibility or a probability, but a necessity. Atheism is cognitive dissonance insanity ("we are going to use logic to prove God doesn't exist, but logic doesn't exist, he he he")

Bishop Robert Barron has really good, down to earth explanations of God if you look him up on YouTube.

I am not a Christian and I certainly wouldn't care what the cucked version of the Christian book has to say.

I'm kind of a weirdo and believes in an unorganized mess of ideas from different religions and haven't found one that totally matches what I believe but here goes:
God is the first thing from which everything material and immaterial proceeds, she is the eternal, uncreated source and substance of all existence. I don't believe in creation ex nihilo so as a result everything must be a "part" of God since God is the only self-existent "thing" and nothing other than existence exists. I also believe that she is only the source of "good" things, both in the moral sense and the sense of having good qualities, and that everything "bad" or "evil" is the result of ignorance of her.
I believe God is a personal, conscious entity because consciousness exists and therefor must have a source(I don't believe it arises solely as a result of material processes but is actually a "thing" in itself). All our individual consciousnesses(souls) come from and are therefor connected to God's consciousness. Since consciousness doesn't come from the body I don't think it dies when the body dies but I don't claim to know what happens to it.
I don't conceptualize God's power as the sort of violent force that abrahamic religions do, I think of it more as a supportive strength and gentle guidance. Of course, being everything, God can do anything but we have free will and God loves us too much to force her will on any of us. I believe that God has total, unconditional love and compassion for all beings and that "worship" is just a reciprocation of that love.
Symbolically I conceive of God as a maiden, she touches everything but is herself untouched, totally pure, creating everything from herself alone, a virgin mother basically. Other people will see her differently though and in reality she isn't male or female.

I don't feel like I've adequately explained what I believe but that's the gist of it.
If anyone knows what religion I am please tell me.

I don't really have the time to go into my religious beliefs but look up Sophia and the Demiurge and just keep going down that rabbit hole.

This is what I believe. God created of the universe as a place for beings to live who have the capacity to choose whether to love him or not. He's a being that is nigh-uncomprehendable because his state of existence is unique from our own. It's like trying to think about 4 dimensional objects. We can model them and think about them, but we can't actually visualize them or truly comprehend what it would be like to exist as a 4D being. Jesus is comprehensible though, and we can better know God by knowing Jesus since he's human God. Jesus had some purposeful limitations when he was born so he could better live as a human and suffer the way we suffer, but after resurrection those limits were removed. Jesus still has a human body and human brain though, and we can relate to him as a fellow human because of this.

so what about all the people who are never presented with the choice?
do north korean peasants who are literally not capable of ever learning what christianity is all go to hell?

Unknown, although there is good reason to to think they will go to Hell. Things get a bit shaky on that front though, if only because we know that everyone before the arrival of Christ isn't automatically screwed, as shown with some of the prophets and people like Abraham. But ultimately, it is God's choice, and I tend to avoid being definitive in these things because of that. Not my place to say. But I don't think Hell is a place of eternal punishment, but rather a place where we're punished for our sins before being destroyed. The Bible does compare it to chaff burning up after all.
