If you *really* want to be an exoteric Christian, I'd say have a look at the closest churches in your area and pick one on the basis of the local vibes

Trad Caths are morons who don't even understand Catholicism. Same for all those /misc/tards now latching themsleves onto Orthodoxy because Russia. None of these people really care. They're just looking for a father figure and cool club to join that makes them stand out from the liberals.

Let me guess, you grew up Christian but went through an edgy atheist phase but since teh ess jay dubbyas are anti-christian you want to be one but whatever milquetoast brand of protestant Christianity you grew up with isn't "based" enough so you are fetishizing catholicism and orthodox Christianity in hopes it will give you some sense of belonging? To trigger the left with your based Christian takes? In hopes of finding a trad wife, perhaps?

Stay out. You will always be a convert at best and will never truly be welcome there. The only way to choose catholicism or orthodox is to be born into it and have the cultural upbringing that would have made it matter. You will always be a protestant.

Lol okay you actually made me laugh out loud with that comment. Then your answer is simple- catholicism. You will never be orthodox and you are already catholic. Are you moronic? How is this even a question?

          >You will never be orthodox
          This makes no sense whatsoever.
Christianity, together with Islam and Buddhism, is the most outsider-friendly religion there is.

You can be a Martian and they will still let you convert to any flavour of Christianity, including Orthodoxy

That image is so heretical just viewing has caused five holy orders to form against it.

how so? it's a prophecy of a catholic saint, saint Malachy, how can a simple list of future popes be heretic?

            Anonymous

First of all, Peter will not rule one universal Church, especially after the Return. There is no scriptural basis for that. Second, any Saint claiming a vision or other intervention post Paul is suspect at best. Thirdly, and perhaps most important, is the fact that you are so brainwashed by Rome you'll likely think the above two are acceptable.

            >so brainwashed by Rome
so brainwashed I'm literally calling bergoglio an anti-pope
and about the message I'm not saying it's authentic but I agree with Benedict XVI being the last pope, the summer Jesus was warning us about seems to have come
            and about visions and interventions:
            >1John 4,1
            >Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.
we have to try the spirits, not discart them a priori

    Neither Roman
    Nor Patriarchal
    Nor Protestant
    Nor Gnostic

Almost all Christian heresies and denominations are heretical (ask me why homosexual), and there are few, if any Churches that maintain Apostolic and pre Chalchedonian doctrine.

        >Catholics
Numerous ways, not least their near worship of Mary, numerous doctrinal failures like Papal infallability, and of course the Peter delusion
        >Orthodox
Less fricked than Catholics, but still bad. The power to grant a divorce has no Biblical basis. Infant baptisms miss the point and demean the true source of salvation.
        >Lutherans
Transsubstantiation is idolatry and many of the same issues exist.
        >Calvinism
Predestination contradicts free will, an inherent good and therefore natural law.
        >Methodism
        Lol, lmao even

There are others, but that is a good list to start for now.

even Jesus's group of disciples was compromised because of judas iscariot, likewise Catholic Church has its modern judas (freemason, jesuits etc), doesn't mean the Church isn't valid, on the contrary, it was foretold there would come the time of the prostitute of Babylon and the Woman in the wilderness, that time came in 2013 with bergoglio anti-church and Benedict XVI true Church
