lmao. Why do Iranians try to associate shi'ism with zoroastrianism when it's far more similar to Chrisitianity. Anatolia was formely christian and became muslim as well

            >lol muslims are the first ones who kick everyone out of the fold of Islam
nope, only if the the people want to be muslims like the Ahmadiyya. It's the complete opposite with Alevis were almost everyone says they are not muslims but muslims say they are because they don't want to feel like they are losing people. If you and the other guy look at how Alevis practice their religion you will see that it has nothing do how with abrahamics let alone muslims. Alawites in Syria for example aren't like this because they literally identify themselves as muslims and also practice the customs.

            >Shi"ism

they don't follow any shia customs at least not the majority and even that not out of genuine belief and they also don't follow the Quran. What they adopted are merely some shia stuff like the struggle of Ali because on how they themselves were oppressed and could relate to him, the rest is literally only alibi to not get slauthered by muslims especially sunnis to pretend that they are muslims. Alevis don't fast, they don't pray in mousqes, they don't read the Quran, don't wear hijab, they don't eat halal food and some even eat pork.
Entire Alevi regions in eastern anatolia even have sacred nature sites like the Munzur river which are important to them. Their shia and muslim "customs" basically got adopted for survival reasons. You will for 99% never see an Alevi in your life who will address himself as muslim

What the hell kind of logic is this? If people want to call themselves Muslim like Ahmadiyya they aren't allowed to be Muslims even though it can buff up the numbers of Muslims, but Alevis who don't call themselves Muslims can be Muslims to buff up the numbers of Muslims?

yes muslims are insecure when it comes to stuff like this. It's not that they don't want Ahmadiyya to be muslims it's that they want them to be muslims like any other like a sunni for example until then they are fake in their eyes exactly becaue the Ahmadiyya begs to be recognized to muslims they are at the mercy of sunnis. In the case of Alevis who are only in Turkey, they don't identify as muslims and are less muslim than the most secular roach, muslims there call them heretics because their practices are so foreign to any abrahamic religion that it doesn't make sense, in addition to that Alevis are usually in the more educated site of the people in Turkey which means having them of part of Islam also benefits muslims as to look more smart. A lot of this is also Turkeys policy that if there is any religion then it's Islam and by claiming Alevis as muslim you can basically eradicate they legitimacy and existence that how it is in Turkey Alevism is not considered a different relgions eventho Alevis are protasting against it, this start with government funded Alevi schools which have nothing to do with actual Alevism and claiming that the Bektaschi order is the only legit one which has the goal of claiming Alevism to be either and islamic or turkic religion.

Ali is Baal. Husayn is Tammuz
      >In those inscriptions, he is frequently described as "Victorious Baʿal" (Aliyn or ẢlỈyn Baʿal),[18][14] "Mightiest one" (Aliy or ʿAly)[18][g] or "Mightiest of the Heroes" (Aliy Qrdm), "The Powerful One" (Dmrn), and in his role as patron of the city "Baʿal of Ugarit" (Baʿal Ugarit)
      >i Kings 18
      > And they (prophets of Baal) cried aloud and cut themselves after their custom with swords and lances, until the blood gushed out upon them

they adopted customs to survive but don't practice it, you will never see an Alevi doing the things a muslims does because it literally just not in their religion. Just because they respect Ali doesn't make them muslim, they don't pray to him or to allah. Also there different orders in Alevism some of them more influenced on shi'ism but to say Alevi are all shias is as mistake. The term Alevis was used as an umbrella term for everything which was abrahamic and in the east of Turkey, because some of them shared the common Ali respect but didn't practice the same thing. It's just like a lot of Alevis were called synonymous with the Qizibash eventho they came later and were a differen thing.

ask any Alevi especially the ones who escaped turkish state propaganda. You have nothing to back anything up, Alevis are not following any customs which would makes someone a muslim. They don't believe in any of the islamic pillars
