Opposites are one. Belief/Disbelief is the same thing at different poles. Even Jesus experienced disbelief.

As long as they point to a single supreme being, then yes, they are looking at the same thing from different angles.

This. Any shit like animism, polytheism or trinitarianism is a sign of arrested development in spirituality. You must reach the One supreme absolutely simple Ground of Being

People like take this to mean "all religions are right/equal", but part of the implication would be that if you are claiming to be seeing the exact same thing as someone sitting at a different angle from you is seeing at least one of you is wrong. For example Buddhism might be correct in east asia but the exact same buddhism could be wrong in say San Francisco

        >part of the implication would be that if you are claiming to be seeing the exact same thing as someone sitting at a different angle from you is seeing at least one of you is wrong
No, that's actually the exact opposite of what it's implying.

Both see part of the truth but neither sees the whole. Like in the parable with the blind men and the elephant.

But to go with that parable, if a blind man hold the elephants tail and says its a trunk he is objectively wrong

    >Who is it that overcomes the world? Only the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God.
    John 5:5

    >Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life”
    John 5:12

    >Then they asked him, “What must we do to do the works God requires?” Jesus answered, “The work of God is this; to believe in the one he has sent”
    John 6:29

    >My Father’s will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last day
    John 6:40

    >I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. If you really know me, you will know my Father as well

    >Judaism, Christianity, Islam.
Same Biblical God, only complicated by the Christian trinity.

    >Buddhism
Believes in reincarnation. The Biblical God does not make us reincarnate.

    >Hinduism
    Believes in gods, it's paganism.

Why leave out Zoroastrianism? This is the only monotheist faith other than Deism that isn't Biblical. They're in the Quran as "Magians".

    >Atheism
    Only Agnostic Atheism.

Also Gnosticism believes in the Monad, but complicate it with the Demiurge and Sophia trinity.

It cannot be by them, but it can by me. Most of the earthers are pretty much the same. But you should recognize there is a much larger dot; the white one encompassing the entire picture, allowing your sad little black dot to exist.

      Yes it does sometimes

      >Buddhism
      >God

      There's no God in Buddhism.

      >no God in Buddhism
Buddhism is an amateurs attempt at teaching babies how to become a god, long before they are ready

There cannot be a path to god. For if there is a path 'to' him, he cannot be omni*.

God simply "is", you cannot use action verbs like "to lead to" to refer to it.

This implies that all religions are moveing towards the same conclusion that God is just some nebulous metaphysical being, which would not being atheist per se, but it would be nonreligious, at best it would be deist. So I guess in a way OP is right and a lot of people simply misunderstand that this statement implies.
